(1/17) Employee Experience Rarely Exceeds Expectations, Study Says

According to a new study, only one in 10 employees said their overall work experience slightly exceeded their expectations. In fact, most employees said they don’t feel especially positive about their overall employee experience, their reward package, or the workplace technology available to them. Just 38% called their employee experience “awesome” or “great.” Employees had strong opinions about how employers can improve the work experience, suggesting that providing “fun, flexibility, and pay” is the way to go. Over half said they wouldn’t consider a job with an employer that didn’t provide these things. Read the full article.
