Culture is more important than ever, so plan to promote and preserve an agile culture of innovation; and make the formation of high-performing teams a science pursued at all levels. Of course, technology has to be part of the equation, so prepare employees for technological advances such as the use of workforce data for planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
