(1/25) Employers Going on an HR Tech ‘Buying Spree’

Over 90% of more than 800 C-suite and HR leaders and other professionals say that they believe technology enhances talent attraction, engagement, and retention. So it isn’t surprising that the HR tech market is growing. One report suggests that talent acquisition and staffing technology will grow at a yearly rate of 6.25% through 2028. Among the technology attracting attention are tools to help reduce hiring bias and attract more diverse employees. Read the full article.
