There are some insightful, even startling numbers out there. Use these to keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening with your employees and where changes and/or new policies might be needed:
- Onsite employees are 66% more likely to feel mistakes are held against them than remote workers and 57% more likely to say they feel rejected for being different.
- Most of HR leaders report that spending on and utilization of technology is growing in their organization. In fact, 73% of companies increased their tech investments in the past year. Those who keep putting off investments in this area are likely to be left behind.
- A whopping 91% of businesses lack awareness of how common neurodiversity is, even though one in five people are neurodivergent. Only 28% of HR professionals say they are ‘very confident’ about being able to identify conditions considered to be neurodivergent.
