(10/23) Pay Is Rising for Seasonal Holiday Workers – SHRM

When looking for hourly workers to cover those holiday shifts and end-of-year vacations, be prepared to pay a bit more this year, especially for non-clinical positions. The national minimum wage trend has pushed the hourly rates to at least $15.40 per hour in other industries such as food service and cleaning, and LTPAC employers will have to offer competitive rates in order to find the hourly workers they need during the busy holiday season. Read the Full Article
