The Healthcare Marketplace is full of changes for 2019, and much of the premium price range depends on the region served. While 19 states will see a slight decrease in premiums for 2019, most other states are facing increases—and major changes in plan availability. HR teams should be aware of the changes and ensure that benefit structures stay in pace with national trends, especially for employees with partial or part-time benefits who may find the Healthcare Marketplace no longer holds the affordable plan they held in 2018.
