Just because many dads have to work on Sunday doesn’t mean they can’t celebrate Father’s Day; and you can help. Consider some small steps you can take that will bring a big smile to the faces of working dads. For instance, give working fathers in your organization picture frames they can use to display family photos. Host a lunch or dinner where families can come in for 30 or 45 minutes to spend time with dad. Have a photographer onsite to take photos. Create a team-building activity where staff create gift bags for the young children of dads in your organization; these might include coloring books, crayons, bubbles, kites, and stickers.
