(10/31) How Masonic ‘Got Real’ and Cut Employee Turnover – McKnight’s Senior Living

Masonic Communities Kentucky sliced its turnover by making their employees part of the solution. The organization’s “Let’s Get Real” campaign embraced employee feedback surveys to identify which benefits were most meaningful, solve the training gaps and revise policies that were a detriment to retention. One of Masonic’s sites has gone from nearly 75% turnover to a predicted 40%.  Read the Full Article
