Setting your teams up for success is key for HR as the new year gets underway. Your 2019 agenda should be focused on this, as well as on navigating (and minimizing) volatility and driving growth. Culture is more important than ever, so plan to promote and preserve an agile culture of innovation; and make the formation of high-performing teams a science pursued at all levels. Of course, technology has to be part of the equation, so prepare employees for technological advances such as the use of workforce data for planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. In HR, determine how you will apply high-tech solutions to hiring, retention, promotion, and other efforts.
