Based on the findings of a new study, you may want to rethink plans to relax your COVID safety policies. In an American Staffing Association survey, 57% of respondents say they think employees should still be required to wear a mask when working on site, even after receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
Among other findings:
- 60% of respondents say it’s “no one’s business but their own” whether they’re vaccinated.
- 66% say they have a right to know if co-workers have gotten the COVID-19 vaccine.
- 70% of Black workers and 64% of Hispanic employees say they’re more likely to agree with on-site masking even after vaccination, compared with 50% of White workers.
