As companies work to eliminate sexism, racism, and other problems, some are turning to the idea of hiring a culture leader. This role entails:
- Growing and implementing the company’s culture strategies.
- Ensuring organizational alignment.
- Revamping learning and development efforts.
- Helping to create a people-first environment where everyone feels safe and valued.
The culture leaders will help ensure that company pillars and values drive everything; and this individual will model this for managers and employees alike. Ideally, this role will include three key areas: diversity/equity/inclusion, internal communications, and distributed operations.
