HR analytics, the analysis of people data, presents some promising new opportunities moving in the new year. Among the predictions regarding analytics for 2019 include: more organizations will build an employee experience strategy that includes feedback opportunities (but not constant surveys); employee data will be more integrated across different platforms than ever; more companies will deliver data-driven actions based on information from analytics; and more companies will be investing in HR Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the recruiting/hiring space.
