Technology has significantly changed the development, delivery, and evaluation of HR processes and services—from sourcing and hiring to networking and promoting teamwork. It can be challenging to stay on top of new and evolving technology. However, there are a few trends that you can follow to stay on the cutting edge. These include: employee-centric products that offer nudge-based tips to support better decision-making;  artificial intelligence technologies that enable strategic relationship management (with solutions such as organizational network analytics); the need to humanize technology (don’t let data, analytics, and algorithms dictate decision-making without personalization and human input); and improvements in tech- and data-savvy HR talent.
